Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free of charge for all orders delivered within the European Union and Switzerland.

No additional shipping fees apply.

Orders are processed and dispatched through our external logistics partner.

Delivery typically takes approximately 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

We aim to deliver all orders within 10 business days.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, public holidays and customs clearance procedures.

If delivery is delayed, customers retain their rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries to Switzerland, LiquidPro Ltd. covers all applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees.

Customers will not be required to pay additional import-related charges upon delivery.

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply to goods shipped from within the EU customs territory.
